In this chapter, Tristan and Caitlin take another etherwalk to Cait's old educational establishment, where she meets up with her amazed classmates - one of whom tries to seize the opportunity to work her charms on Tristan, with some success. Back in the House, Cait begins to take swimming lessons from Tristan, Lyriel begins to soften up to her landlord, and Yona agrees to accept Cait as her mentor in the literary arts.
